Parades nude

With only Christmas bells

Anyway, the new TMBG's album is called Join Us and will be released on the 19th of July. I pre-ordered the vinyl and cannot wait to get my hands on it.  They/Giants have never disappointed me with their albums and I bet this one will rule. Just read a report that Glen Campbell has Alzheimer's Disease which is very sad news. I wrote this poem years ago but I think it is a nice tribute to the man.  If you don't know the song Wichita Lineman I suggest you search for it...it'll move you to tears...so help me God....tears.

Crawling From The Wreckage by Rockpile. Live in 1979. Concert For Kampuchea.

    This is Crawling From The Wreckage by Rockpile featuring Nick Lowe and Dave Edmunds. Taken from the album The Concert For The People Of Kampuchea.

   I have a question…why is this album not released in box set form or even on a regular CD? It is out of print for some reason. There is only some of the finest bands to ever walk upon a stage here…The Who…The Clash…The Pretenders…Elvis Costello…Rockpile…Robert Plant…Paul McCartney and Wings…Queen…and a supergroup called Rockestra. It is one of the greatest live albums ever and it cannot be found on CD for some reason. I would imagine they would raise some serious money for the cause if they released this concert in a box set featuring the complete sets of each band.  Lord knows I would scoop it up in a heartbeat.  The Clash alone would make this a must have collection for any serious music fan.

  Anyway, that’s what I think. What do you all think? Anyone out there familiar with this epic concert?

 This killer track is taken from the Las Vegas Grind Collection Volume 3 which is compilations of 1960's raw rock and roll...garage rock I suppose you could call it. Good stuff.  Random photographs for the hell of it...but beware as some shots may be unsettling and some flesh is shown...so go into it with that in mind.

The Coasters...A Tribute to Carl Gardner...RIP

Sad news that Carl Gardner has passed away today. He was one of my favorite vocalists and The Coasters
were easily my favorite band from the 50's. His greatness and coolness will be missed.
